The initial licence fee for joining the Kitchen Makeover franchise is £19,500 (plus VAT).

We also recommend you have a certain amount of working capital available to support yourself and your team while your new business gets off the ground and reaches its full earning potential. These costs can vary from location to location, but we have prepared a detailed breakdown based on our current franchisee operations which we are happy to discuss further with you.
The initial franchise agreement lasts for five years, which is renewable subject to certain criteria being met by the franchisee and in agreement with the franchisor.
Help raising funds
While the Kitchen Makeovers franchise does not provide financing directly, there are a number of attractive options to help you with your investment.
For example, it may be possible to obtain funding from most major high street banks for some of the amount. Franchising is one of the safest and most secure ways of starting your own business, so many lenders rightfully see it as a much lower risk than a completely new start-up, and may be much more inclined to lend you money against your investment.
The Kitchen Makeovers franchise has been operating for many years, and so has already demonstrated its financially viability to a number of big name banks.
There are also some government funded loans which could be available, and we would be happy to point you in the right direction for more information.
Earning potential
How exactly your territory will perform, and how that translates into profit will vary with each location. However, based on our current operations, we are more than confident that you can enjoy rapid and significant returns on your investment with a 6-figure turnover by Year 2. A number of our franchisees are already enjoying significantly higher turnovers in excess of £1million a year, so there is a great deal of earning potential for a well-established franchise run by the right partner.

Ongoing Costs
Joining a franchise is all about you being in control. You will be part of a larger network, but this will be very much your own business. As such, the vast majority of the money you make stays with you, of course.
However, there are some small ongoing costs as part of your agreement with us:
Kitchen Makeovers charges all its partners a Management Service Fee of 7%, and an Operations Fee of 2%, both of which are calculated based on your gross revenue.
